Assistant trainer Berkley Lyon

Berkley Lyon from Dubuque Iowa is our assistant trainer. She has been with us since the early spring of 2018, and is a wonderful addition to our program. Berkley specializes in starting young horses and does a wonderful job maintaining the finished show horses as well. Berkley has ridden for much of her childhood and started with lessons at a young age with Steve and Joan Kunde. There she developed a great foundation in working with young horses.
Berkley's quiet and kind demeanor with the horses is a huge asset to our program. Berkley also has a lot of experience giving beginner lessons as she used to help with riding camps every summer.
Just recently Berkley was circuit champion at the Nebraska Silver Classic in western pleasure and was top 10 at the congress in her pleasure class in 2018. She is a fine showman and a huge part of our business!
